We keep our fees simple and minimal. There is a $3 monthly card fee.

With Essentials, you have a robust management platform where you can easily view and update card controls in real-time. We give you the ability to create custom controls and reports so you always have what’s important for your business. Essentials allows you to do everything with a few clicks or taps: add or remove users, order new cards, freeze or cancel cards, run ad hoc reports with real time data, approve or override one-off expenses – and more.

Do I receive an incentive if I refer other companies to Edenred Essentials?

Yes! We love that you are enjoying your experience with Edenred and want to recommend us. Please login to Edenred Essentials and visit the Company Management Page to find your company’s referral code. Give this number to who you are referring and instruct them to enter it at the time of their application.

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

To protect cards from fraudulent use, as soon as possible, please log onto the Edenred Essentials Platform from your phone or desktop to visit the card management page. Select the card or cards that have been lost and report them as lost or stolen via the card actions button.

If you see transactions you do not recognize, please dispute them at this time.

Don’t have an account? Contact your company administrator as soon as possible and let them to cancel the card and prevent fraudulent use against the account.

APPLICATION PROCESS

What information should I have readily available when I apply?

You must be an authorized officer of the business to complete and submit the application. Please ensure you have the following available:

  • Company Name, headquarters address, business type and industry, TIN, annual revenue
  • Information on all the owners who have a 25% or more ownership in the business or a person with responsibility to control, manage or direct the business, including:
    • First and last name, percent of ownership, date of birth, Social Security number, home address
  • Number of vehicles in your fleet and how many employees will be driving them
  • Estimated fuel spend per month

How can I pay my bill?

The following options are ways to easily to pay your bill:

  • Pay by check: remove the remittance slip from your monthly statement and mail back to us
  • Log onto Edenred Essentials and schedule one time payment or turn on autopay (recommended!)

We give you the power to set limits on how much can be spent, on what, and how often for each card in your fleet.

How do I track and control spending?

Track how much is being spent and on what by visiting the card management page and viewing a specific card, or go to the transactions page and export your transactions for an easily readable report.

Additional reports will be added as part of our continuous updates.

Can a driver spend over the credit limit?

The card will decline once it has reached its allotted spend limit for that day/week/month. You can adjust this amount at any time and the card will work in real time to keep your business moving.

What type of controls can I set?

Setting the controls upfront removes questions down the road. You have quick and easy access to set controls for your drivers.
Spending limits can be customized to meet your needs and updated at any time, real time:

  • Purchase controls allow you to control what is being purchased with your cards
    • Fuel Only cards: allow only fuel purchases, this includes gas, diesel, and other fuels. We give you the option to allow all, some, or one
    • Fuel and More cards: fuel and other fleet related items can be purchased. Customize who can purchase vehicle related items, or allow your drivers to purchase coffee on the job
  • How often a card can be used is up to you! Have shift workers, set their card to be available only during their working hours. Limit how often the card can be used during the day/week/month, and even down to the hours of the day it can be used!

* Monthly card fees will be waived for first six (6) months upon signing the Edenred Essentials Visa® Fleet Card Company agreement. After first six (6) months, monthly card fees referenced in EDENRED ESSENTIALS VISA® FLEET CARD COMPANY AGREEMENT will apply.
